We start the planning stage with a floor plan. Either we use your own plan/ideas, start with one we already have designed over the years and customize it for your family or we start from scratch in our CAD software. You make decisions on structure options guided by our knowledgeable staff if needed.  H&W will bid a do-it-yourself kit, a building shell or a total turnkey package. Along with our many professional subcontractors, we can help in every phase of construction planning.
